I recently received the potted roses I ordered. While the seller was very responsive and answered my questions promptly, I was a bit dismayed upon delivery. The box used for shipping didn’t seem appropriate for flowers, and the soil didn’t look very healthy. The pot also looked reused, which was disappointing considering the price I paid. So far, the plant hasn't shown any buds, and I’m just hoping it will survive. I’m sharing this feedback in the hopes it helps improve your service for future customers.
My rose was in good condition and bloomed in a few weeks.
