The Eden bare root rose that came was well packaged and healthy. I planted it right away, and now May 31st it is full of buds ready to bloom. I'm very happy.
I liked the way my Cap Diamand roses are growing. I would like to order a third one.
When I came to purchase, the owner of Prettypetals explained to me thoroughly on how to take care of it along with why it can handle our summers, and I planted my rosebush recently and its doing so well, even after the spikes in hot temps. Ontop of that I already see flower buds. For me, I am satisfied and excited to see what it will look like.
This rating is for the service only as the rose is still mostly dormant. Obviously, no flowers yet. It looks about the same as when received except for a few buds. Spring is quite chilly still.
Simply the best for Canadian gardens maybe for world. Just planted 20 days ago potted alredy have buds and look like was in garden last year
I ordered 10 roses from Pretty Petals.The bare roots roses were 3 days on the way from Ontario to Calgary. They’re nice packed and in good condition when I opened the box. I planted them in my garden right after I opened the box. My roses are 2 weeks in the ground now, they start to grow new leaves. It’s good quality of bare root roses. I’m going to buy more roses from Pretty Petals in the future and recommend Petty Petals to my friends too.They have very quick responses for questions and reasonable price for David Austin roses.

Wow this one came with nice canes and is currently thriving in my garden. A completely different situation with my bare root claire austin which the canes were small and has not even produced any leaves as of yet.

It was my first time buying bare root and I always was sceptical about it, based on the mixed (oftentimes negative) feed backs that I was reading in rose gardening pages. But I dared to step out of my comfort zone and reached out to Pretty Petalls. I ordered Scepter'd Isle, and later on I added Damask Kasanlik and Damask Autumn rose to my order. I was very much for instant replies, every time that I reached out to Pretty Petals for a new request or a question. They supported my wish and modified my order right away, so that I could pay and add more roses to that. My bare roots arrived within a day from shipping. They were secured and packed in a firm great package. And they are literally the freshest happiest and most vigorous bare roots I had ever seen!! They had many large buds on them already, and the roots were kept very damp with some mud on them.
