Alchymist

Alchymist is a charming, climber rose with rich, apricot-yellow blooms that open from soft, budded cups into fully double, ruffled blossoms. The colour of the flowers softens with age, transitioning to a pale cream with hints of peach. Its fragrant, warm scent has a subtle fruitiness and is best described as a mix of fresh, citrusy undertones and a soft, sweet rose perfume. A vigorous grower with a strong, sprawling habit, Alchymist is perfect for covering fences, trellises, and arbours. This rose blooms abundantly and has good disease resistance. Pair it with Rosa Rugosa for a romantic, textural contrast or David Austin’s Claire Austin for a soft, creamy palette.
